Barbara Rozycki

Barbara Rozycki has been scouting for over 30 years, first in partnership with June Badcock before becoming sole director of the company after June retired in 2011. Barbara previously worked in international sales and marketing for a UK-based publishing house.

Catherine Harrison

Catherine has worked in publishing for almost 20 years, primarily selling rights at Random House, then Penguin Random House Children’s Books. She has a BA in Modern European Languages from Durham University. Catherine specialises in children’s and YA books.

Katie Moran

Katie Moran has been scouting UK books since joining the company in 2010, and previously worked selling translation rights for an illustrated children’s publisher. At Badcock & Rozycki Katie works across all fiction and non-fiction.

Sarah O'Halloran

Sarah O'Halloran has worked at a number of leading film and TV and literary agencies including The Agency and Curtis Brown, as well as at another scouting agency. Sarah has a degree in History from the LSE and an MA in Literature from UCD. At Badcock & Rozycki she works across all fiction and non-fiction.
